A Vision

This short story appeared in "Hauling Up The Morning: writings & art by political prisoners & prisoners of war in the U.S." in 1990. At the time of publication, Mike McCoy was a "social prisoner" in the federal system. He was active in the NAACP and wrote for a number of progressive journals. He hailed from the D.C. area.
